Adjunct Faculty – Ceramics / Sculpture at St. Louis Community College, St. Louis, MO

Position Summary
We are looking for a qualified individual to teach a combined Ceramics I, Ceramics II, and Advanced Ceramics course and a combined Sculpture I & II course at STLCC Forest Park. Classes meet twice a week with a maximum of 12 students.
Primary Duties Performed
· Teach all foundation aspects of ceramics including general hand building techniques, strong background and skill level in wheel throwing.
· Teach beginning and intermediate sculpture classes.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Fine Arts

Preferred Qualifications
Master of Fine Arts degree in a studio art discipline. At least 4 semesters of teaching beginning through advanced ceramics as well as sculpture classes on the college level.
